This is a legal Agreement between Bridge Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. and Customer that covers Customer’s purchase and use of Extensions for Magento and other products developed by Bridge Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. By purchasing the Product Customer is asserting with the below-stated Terms and Conditions of the present Agreement. Any violation of this Agreement will automatically deprive the Customer of the right to use the Product, thus the Customer must cease using it and terminate all copies and derivatives of the Product at Customer’s disposal.
Any unauthorized copying, renting, leasing, sublicensing, pledging, conveying, creating any Derivative Works, or disclosing of modification source codes in any way, porting of Product to other platforms and content management systems without prior written approval from Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. is prohibited.
Proofs of copyright infringement include, but are not limited to, similar code style and structures and containing similar to Product source code, layout and design.
Customer is not allowed to remove the original Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. copyright inscription from the source code of the Product. Modifications of the source code are allowed, but at own risk.
If revealed that the Product is used in breach of the above mentioned terms of use, Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. is authorized to suspend the license, advising the Customer on what actions are required to resolve the matter. In cases of a severe or repetitive violation where advice has been ignored, Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. is authorized to revoke the License.
The source code and files are exclusively owned by Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. and are subject to Copyright law of India. Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. retains title to and ownership of the Product and all enhancements, modifications and updates of the Product.
The exclusive forum for disputes arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement shall be an appropriate federal or state court in the county of New Castle, Delaware.
All products are property of Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. You may not give, sell, distribute, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or related Documentation to anyone without prior written consent from Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Failure to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement/Disclaimer constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the software is revoked. Agreement termination does not bind us to refund the amount spent for purchase of our products.
All purchases at Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. are covered by our 10 days Refund Policy. You have 10 days to assure the high quality of our extensions. Any incompatibilities or malfunctions found during 10 days after purchase should be brought to the attention of Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. for resolution and technical support provision or refund decision. In case you are experiencing technical problems or you think that extension does not do what it says (appears to be not-as-described), contact our support team for assistance and if our support team can’t help you make the extension function correctly on your Magento installation, you will get a full refund that would be duly processed back for you. Note that we can’t guarantee proper work of our extension with any 3-rd party extensions installed on your Magento eCommerce site. If any problems arise during and/or after installation, we will only refund the purchase in case we fail to help you in resolving issues. To resolve them, we may need you to provide full access to FTP, Magento Admin and database consoles. If you refuse to grant these credentials, the refund will not be issued. Refund is not applicable after 10 days since the date of your purchase.
Refund amount is equal to the extension price minus the discount (if any).
Refund is not applicable on subscription renewals.
Refund is not applicable if you no longer like our software.
Refund is not applicable if you found out an extension does not suit your needs after the purchase, but it does what is stated in the description of the extension on the site.
Refund is applicable if our support team can’t help make the extension function correctly on your server.
Refund is not applicable for custom installation service or custom development.
Refund would be denied in abuse cases (license violation, code modification).
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. Customers are not allowed to use product or its part or/and code after refund has been processed. Violators will be prosecuted. We offer non-tangible irrevocable goods so you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any Software at our site.
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Products are not stand-alone solutions and require Magento to be installed primarily with a valid Magento License.
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. does not guarantee for its Product to operate correctly on any Magento solution, either modified or non-modified.
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. does not bear any responsibility for damages or incorrect running of the Magento solution, occurred due to installation or utilizing of Module.
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. disclaims any accountability for content of a site on which the Product is installed. Complaints received from any third party may result in License suspension or revocation if the matter cannot be resolved. License suspension action is at the sole discretion of Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. and is intended to offer both parties time for settlement or advice.
License reinstatement shall remain Vendor’s exclusive privilege.
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. is not liable to Customer or any third party for any damages including, but not limited to, loss of business or business profits, loss of business information due to using Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Products.
By accepting this License Agreement Customer acknowledges to use the Product at own risk and has clear understanding of responsibility for any damage to own computer system and data.
Hhm Outsourcing Solutions India Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify these agreement terms at any time.It is solely Customer’s responsibility to inquire about any changes made to the present Agreement.
