Exsitec was in need of skilled .NET resources, who could handle the multi-vendor e-commerce portal of their client, working along with their onshore team.
Challenges involved
- Litium, the e-commerce package for the project, was fairly new at the time.
- Exsitec could not find regional resources with the capability to learn the nuances of this new product.

This has helped in reinforcing the bond between the onsite and offsite teams.
