A leading Microsoft Gold Partner from Tyne & Wear, UK approached us to create a Dynamics 365-based solution for the Sales department of their client, a leading integrated creative agency based in New York.
Requirement Outline
They wanted experienced .NET engineers with knowledge of Dynamics 365 Modules to implement Sales capabilities. Their client was using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for the finance and operations functions. The legacy AX solution could not fulfill their needs for sales automation.
They wanted us to create a customized full-scale ERP/CRM solution to seamlessly manage the diversified and distributed sales teams of their client in London, Milan and New York. They also wanted our experts to handle user training and resource mentoring.
